How do I get lari?
Payouts arrive as USDC in a wallet you control. To convert USDC to lari, use a licensed provider. We'll point you to options on the setup call. We don't convert funds for you, and this is not financial advice.
Is it legal for my hotel to accept USDC?
Ask your accountant. How you accept and declare stablecoin income depends on how your business is registered. We don't give legal, tax or financial advice.
What if the room is booked on Booking.com at the same moment?
Every Stumari booking starts as pending. We re-check your calendars before confirming it. If it can't be confirmed within 2 hours, the guest gets a full refund. Confirmed bookings appear in the calendar feed you paste into Booking.com and Airbnb, so the dates close there too.
What happens if a guest disputes?
A guest can open a dispute only in the 24 hours after check-in. The payout then waits for Stumari's arbiter, who can split the escrow between the guest and you. During the pilot the arbiter is a single Stumari key. Outside that window the program's rules let nobody redirect the money. During the pilot Stumari can still upgrade the program itself: see “What we don't claim”.
What do guests need?
Only USDC on Solana in a wallet such as Phantom. No SOL and no network fees: Stumari pays them. Guests holding USDT swap to USDC inside Phantom first.
I sell several identical rooms as one room type. Does the calendar sync work?
Booking.com and Airbnb usually export one iCal calendar per listing, so identical rooms sold as one room type may share a single calendar. We check your extranet together on the setup call before connecting anything. Rooms that are their own listing connect in minutes.
Do you bring guests?
No. We're not an OTA and you keep all your channels. Stumari adds a booking link for guests who pay in stablecoins, and a channel AI agents can book through.
